| Snacks will be distributed in the Culture Classroom before the practice begins. Snacks to be eaten in the classroom only. No juice or snacks allowed in the hallway or Chapel. Please respect TBI regulations so we can continue snack privileges for Balvihar. Keep the facility clean. Parents are requested to be present in TBI during practice to help out the coordinators/teachers and to pick-up the child right after the practice ends. The practices could end earlier than 5:00PM. |

| Tea/Coffee at Balvihar: Tea and Coffee at Balvihar from 2:30 - 3:30 PM in the Library. The cost will be $1 and all proceeds will go to Balvihar. NO food or drinks allowed in the chapel. |

NOTE:
Parents and teachers need to attend prayers for important announcements.
Parents can sit in the Library from 2:15-3:00
and then in any unoccupied class rooms after 3 pm.
No loitering in the hallway. Enter through side door if you arrive after 2:05pm
Parents can use Internet in the Library on a limited basis (email and safe websites only).
Parents must inform their child(ren)'s respective teachers or education secretary directly regarding attendance in advance (by 12
PM) to avoid unexcused absences.
Due to contractual obligations everyone must vacate the facility by 5 pm.
For dismissal : Culture M-Culture 3 children will be dismissed with parents. Parents are requested to wait outside the classrooms starting 4.50 pm.
